First Day at TXR Runners

 I got a confirmation mail that I was accepted into TXR Runners. Overfilled with joy I had no idea what to do. They told me about signing up for sessions which were happening every weekday after 6 pm. The day I received the mail I applied for the session at 6 pm. Was counting the minutes till it was 5:20 which I decided to leave by. Got all ready, put on my new adidas shoes I'd bought a few days before, clothing appropriate for the weather. Was about a 30 minute drive which there was a few traffic along the way. Once I got to the location I wasn't sure where the meet up point was. Took me a while to figure it out and I found a few people talking at the car park. I approached them and asked if it was the crew for TXR Runners and what do you know it was. It was a warm welcome from the crew and it turned out the coach was feeling ill and was unable to attend the session. Day One of following my passion

 It's been about 21 years for me to finally figure out what I want to do in my life. I'm feeling very confident in the decision I've made. Of course, success or failure is not the case here, as I'm chasing a dream which I once had from a young age. The pathway to this dream was prolonged mainly due to social and cultural pressure. Just even the ideology of thinking of failure alone has made me postpone what I've long wanted to do. Now I haven't really decided what I want to be good at but it's definitely related to running.  I've always wanted to be more physically active rather than stay home play video games or just plainly study. I know I'm being a little too harsh in my studies but I rather prefer anything more physical in terms of what I want to do with my life. Of course, I won't be able to just rely on my passion to succeed in life as that's the level I'm on right now. I know I want to do something with my passion but till I figure...
